Refund & Returns Policy
Please contact Creative Concepts SA to start the returns process.
We prefer communication in writing (email) to ensure all details are correct.
All returns or exchanges must be authorised by Creative Concepts SA before returning the items.
You must notify us within 14 business days of receiving the goods.
If we are not notified after 14 days, the goods will be deemed accepted in satisfactory condition and no further action is required.
Returns for exchange in size, colour or style are the responsibility of the customer/client.
The return or exchanged item must be returned in original condition with original packaging, unworn, undamaged and in saleable condition.
A delivery fee is also applicable for the return the new item, unless collected from Creative Concepts SA.
For returns for a faulty or incorrect item, Creative Concepts SA will arrange collection.
Item can either be replaced or money refunded if found faulty or incorrect within 7 days of receiving the item
Faults must be accompanied with a photo clearly showing the issue with the product.
We do not return for refund for money any item which is correct if the customer has “changed their mind”.
We do accept exchanges for size within the same item/product.
A product will not be deemed faulty, in our reasonable opinion, if it has become unacceptable quality due to normal wear and tear, misuse of product, failure to adhere to manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care.
